Terms and Conditions
• All shoots are to be booked in advance and subjective to availability.
• Minimum booking for 1 hour is required.
• Customers are required to bring own CF card, thumb drive or hard disk. Studio do not provide loan of memory space.
• Customers are to transfer the full amount to Candle’s account once appointments are made.
• Customers are not allowed to change appointment after confirmation.
• For self-taking, customers are liable to any damages caused during the photo shoot session. Mishandling of equipment will be charged the cost of the brand new equipment, installments are not allowed. (Light bulbs : $250 each , Espirit Gemini : $1750 each , Backdrop : $200 , Steamer : $300 , Mirror : $200 , Sensor : $100 , Softbox : $1750)
• For adjustment of lighting, we advise you to reach THIRTY minutes earlier. Otherwise the time taken for adjustment of lighting will interrupt the time slot you have booked for the photo shoot. We will not provide 100% assurance for optimum lighting setting. Time taken for lighting adjustment is subjected to availability.
